I do love the getting ready shots, unfortunately they had already been done when I turned up..

Frog

Far to small jumps for her ability

Lucinda decided to take a couple of my ponies around the course, Frog is only 4yrs and this was a learning day for her and Jenny has been there and done it all but has lost her confidence in the past so it was just a fun day for her.

30+ in Frogs class and she came 7th.... well done Frog, we have now decided to compete Frog ourselves next year so she is not for sale we feel that Frog will go to the top as an Event Pony.

What a fantastic wedding, beautiful bride and brides maids, wonderful setting, superb food :-) and folk who wanted to be photographed.......... what more could I ask for.

This is me and my new horse Zack.

Zack has absolutely astounded every one that knows me as I have not had much to do with the horses for the last year or so, then on Friday I said to Jen there was a horse I wanted to look at, Jen thought it was going to be a brood mare or something and nearly fainted when I said it was for me to ride........ so we picked him up today.

Zack is just a nice mannered safe ( I hope ) plod, it has been 4yrs since the last horse messed up my pelvis so I am a little apprehensive about riding again but what the hell you only live once, some folk have a sports car at 50..... I buy a horse.... Hm... I think I have got it wrong again..... lol

Isle of Wight Police in fire fight.......

Members of the Isle of Wight police were involved in a shoot up with automatic weapons today in woodland near Chillerton, the cause of the fire fight is believed to be in fighting between a group of Detectives and a swat team

Alright I admit it was a bunch of Police having fun shooting each other and there kids.....

Frog my totally fearless 4yr old pony

Frog went to Dunsbury today for a practice around the X-Country jumps, Lu thought that the Miminus (tiny Jumps) were too small so she put her over the Novice Jumps, now Frog was only broken in January and I spent getting on £2000.00 doing correctly and wow has it paid off.

This little mare 14.1h is so brave she might look at a strange jump the first time and then whoosh over she goes and that's it she will keep on going over it.

This Swallow was in one of my barns by her nest, we have noticed that just before they are ready to lay the hens are very docile and that you can get very close to them. Shot with the Nikon D700, f2.8,iso1600 @ 200mm using vr the 70-200 lens is simply amazing I could not have shot this with my Canon gear.
