Charlie's last refuge ! (Day 7)

Carisbrooke Castle, there has been a castle and before that defensive structures on this site since the Bronze Age and they believe perhaps even Neanderthal days. The castle is famous for being the prison of Charles I after he was caught trying to flee England via the Island, he was then taken to the Tower of London and had his head chopped off................. pity we could not do that to a few politicians these days.

Nice! I know you asked me yesterday what I think your style is...let me think on how to describe it and I'll be back to you! But it is definitely distinct to me!

I've been thinking on how to define your style too. This one definitely fits it - whatever *it* is. This is another great shot!

Thanks for the nice comments, I made that one look moody and contrasty to fit the description, lol

I honestly look at these places where I live and think nothing of them which in a way is sad but like I said before this blog is making me think way out of my normal sphere of photography and its fun.

That is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! It's something I dream of being able to see at least once in my life!
